About Us

DARE Foundation is a non-profit organization that was formed in early 2012 by the prosthetist and orthotist, aimed to complement system of medical rehabilitation services for physically disabled individuals in Indonesia.

Dare Foundation work simultaneously to achieve the target in improving the quality of life of individuals with disabilities, especially for those who live in poverty and are marginalized by society and community.

Vision

To improve equality of rights, opportunities, and social inclusion for difable people.

Mission

1. To provide access for individuals with disablilities in the form of medical rehabilitation services which are excellent, regular and continuous.

2. To conduct advocacy and social inclusion campaign for individuals with disabilities.

3. To spearhead and develop a modern system of prosthetic and orthotic in Indonesia.

Objective

1. Establishment of DARE Foundation clinic to provide medical rehabilitation services and become the center of excellence in Prosthetic & Orthotic field in Indonesia

2. Free prosthesis & orthosis for physically disabled individuals who live below the poverty line.

3. Increase the independence of individuals with disabilities in performing physical activities of daily living.

4. Improving the quality of life of physically disabled individuals.

5. Availability of Mobile Workshop services to reach individuals with disabilities in remote areas.
